1. Returns Eligibility:

  • We accept returns for items that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging within 7 days of the purchase date.
  • Perishable items, such as fresh produce or refrigerated goods, are not eligible for return unless they are damaged or defective upon receipt.

2. Refund Process:

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at shop@gsf.co.in within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return authorization.
  • Once your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item(s) to us.
  • Upon receiving the returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria stated above.
  • If the return is approved, we will process a refund to the original method of payment within 7 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and a restocking fee may apply in some cases.

3. Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately upon receipt with photos and package opening videos documenting the issue.
  • We will work swiftly to resolve the issue by either replacing the damaged or defective item or issuing a refund, based on your preference.

4. Exchanges:

  • Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.

5. Cancellation Policy:

  • Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After this time frame, orders are subject to our standard refund and returns policy.
